One Romantic Evening In France Long ago on a cold winters night she became the woman I longed to hold tight. They sent me to Paris in 1939 on a secret mission that lead me to a deadly and beautiful fraulein. Who am I? Some call me the Rogue and some say I look death in the eye. Though danger lurked near my objective was clear. I am the guy who will take out this nazi spy. Yes Fraulein Guttenheim is doomed to die. It was only a matter of time til this lovely fraulein and I shared dinner and wine. Later we snuggled in bed her and I but before the evening was over this attractive young woman by my hand would die. This will always remain the fate of a spy. As I held her in my arms and looked into her eyes I was so captivated my heart nearly cried. I found myself thinking my oh my why did the nazi's have to hire such a beautiful spy? As the evening approached the light of the sun I knew I must conquer my lust and get the job done. My desires were strong and my resolve seemed weak she was so sweet as she chose that moment to kiss me on the cheek. That's when I felt it the blade of her knife. Fraulein Guttenheim seemed determined to end my life. She could not stop me from doing what I had come to do. Did Headquarters know it was her mission to kill me too? I hope you know by now it was she who would die. The rogue does what he's told and that's to kill nazi spies. I wasted no time slicing her from head to toe as she screamed in agony the warm blood flowed out of contol. It was then I remembered we never had a chance to dance. What a horrible ending to a romantic evening in France. Jameslee@August20,2001 NamesAndDatesHaveBeen ChangedDueToSensitive NatureOfThisSubject. |

I don't know what you've been eating before you go to bed James but it sure has stimulated your imagination! Quite the story and a very interesting presentation! I enjoyed it! |

My God, that was intense. Not the things I would usually see from you James. Wow. What a bone chilling poem, and a tale told so well. Sandra |
