It Happens All The Time

Old lovers never die they just fade away
destined to return again some day.
Believe the words I say to you
for I have found that they almost always do
even after an unseen force has taken them from you.
Its not so easy for the feelings of love to die
that still live within the heart of a lovers sigh.
Someday their thoughts will return to you
and all those old passions will be renewed.
Just watch and you will see
Love will say, "Do you believe in me?"
This is not a fantasy of mine.
It happens all the time.

So very true James .... many times the realities of love are renewed in this delightful way, very nicely written ... much enjoyed!
