Once more the night is painted In different shades of blue. Shadows overcasting The missing vision of you. Despite the fading footsteps And the shedding of the tears, The haunting sweetness of your voice Still echoes in my ears. Fate brought us together Then tore us apart. Gone, but not forgotten You'll always be close at heart. |
