He speaks of love with eloquence and touches parts never revealed He has that special second sight which lets him reach all that she feels. He paints a portrait like Van Gogh perhaps with slightest touch of fear his heart turns into one like Poe and shoves away who would be near. The Artists' words of silky blend become mere lies to add onto the others she had thought were friends now art so hopeful turns to blue. A sorry ending to this tale of love which never should have failed. |

If it's true, it should stand the test of time and life. Yet, so many times it fails. All we can do is wonder why and try to learn from it as we move on . . . alone. Sad, but well written. All writing comes |

Sandra, So aptly stated. This particular artist is blind to see all of which he is missing... Love, Elise |

He just doesn't know his Mona Lisa, is staring him right in the face! Maybe one day he'll see the light. I really like the comparison. Very well done! There are many starving Artists out there waiting to feed. Sincerely, Regina |

With each peel of the onion, another deception revealed. Both result in tears. Great poem! |

nicely done... I would agree that ou are better off without than with in this case...but again I know from my own experiences we can sometimes be totally blind and unaware of what is rightunder our nose...making us seem so much less than we are.... I enjoyed as usual.... |

why are artists like that? not just artists either. . . but poets, musicians, writers, anyone of that nature. . . why are they like that?? are we like that???? *sigh*. . . it's just too sad that some will never see that the truest expression of that art. . . could be right in front of them. . . ------------------------------------------------------ To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |

An artist touch that could say much but not all that could say might be the true feeling. Wonderful Sandra.....though sad. You have just expressed it eloquently. Thank you ***************************** "Oh...me!Oh Life! |
