In Thy Countenance

by vision’s access doth accrue
amidst this honey suckled dew
tranquility as would ensue
by heaven’s gate comes sense of you

daily matters have scored my chores
thoughts sweet scented forevermore
cling to memories open door
strumming sweeter my lonely chord

might thee conjoin this one heart’s beat
as for my love thou would entreat
once again permit thee my greet
to clutch close, my dear, in replete

oblige acceptation’s embrace
by thy visage I am thus graced
