> ~*~ The Story Of Love ~*~I look at you in wonder sometimes, Do you really even see, Calms and storms around us, Currents changing you and me? I want to sit here and tell you the story, But would you listen with your spirit? I could tell you the answers too, But would you be wise enough to hear it? I feel compelled to tell you the story, That’s written in neon in your eyes. Where you’re hiding all your secrets, Keeping the hesitation of goodbyes. Yes, I could tell you the real story, Then your mysteries would all be solved, And the wonders of the word, love, Would be nothing like what its called. I could tell you the story of love, But it's a story you aren't ready for. Real love my dear has nothing to do, With leaving on a whim through love’s door. Yes, I could tell you the story of love But you'd have nothing left to live for. What would be the point in looking If you knew what was behind the door? midi: "Listen To Your Heart" Dolphin Dreams [This message has been edited by Mysteria (edited 08-11-2001).] |

Thanks for not telling, soon enough to find these things out on our own. You're kind to want to save the pain, though. |

"The Boggie-Woogie", not "Prince's Girl" well ok then! Glad you like this ditty. Duncan thank you for reading this little poem and if I knew the story I would not have been divorced 3 times, I would have taught it to at least two fo them! Logan - glad you enjoyed it! Very nicely done, of course... Hm.. What's behind the door? If it's worth a look, it might just be worth keeping... |

What's behind Door Number One, Two, Three? What I like about it all is, you haven't given up that there is always another door to open and in lieu of a room with only one door, look for the window! Enjoyed the poem, and the music, too! |

"I want to sit here and tell you the story, But would you listen with your spirit? I could tell you the answers too, But would you be wise enough to hear it?" Wonderful Sharon! You've captured the aura of mystery beautifully in this piece. I enjoyed these wisdom-filled sentiments, very nicely done indeed! Best wishes, /Kit |

Yanno I loved these comments (they are thoughts of life!) Sometimes we read too little in the eyes and other times too much, and the whole thing has to do with fear and trust! I hate to ramble but...having been married enough times, I think I have this right now...if you use that old saying, "If you love someone set them free, and if they come back they are yours, if they don't they never were" or whatever as your daily prayer, then you will always have what was meant to be yours in the first place but...if you strangle a rose with weeds, it dies, and mistrust and fear will do that it seems. And...if you don't like what is behind door number one, well shoot then there is always door number two, three, and so on (hey, remember Liz T.?) You guys really crack me up, I love ya! Wow.....I loved this.....and the music was absolutely wonderful...... I wonder if it would be of any good if they were able to look behind the door....... sometimes "ignorance is a bliss" Thank you **************************** "Oh...me!Oh Life! |
