~Bovine Reflections~  walking along with me by my side no better companion...in me i confide look at me...graceful...what beautiful stride i'm a looker that can't be denied once i was spending my days in belief our souls were as one, but our happiness brief you left me to pasture, in search of prime beef like a steak in my heart, i could find no relief why would i want you beside me to share the mooooods of my life, when you really don't care you'll listen pretending we'd make a fine pair graze on my dignity, stripping me bare so i'll hoof it alone, crystal waters my friend i'm all i need...that's the truth in the end you see, i've 'got milk' so my heart's on the mend on myself, i will always depend! ~vlraynes "...until you have read the verse on his heart, you have not truely met the poet." -vlraynes [This message has been edited by vlraynes (edited 08-11-2001).] |

Oh, Vicky, don't let yourself turn to bovine. You know that I've always considered you mine. I've always been wild for your feminine stature But not when you're there standing out in a pasture This kind of behavior is way out of line!!!! Getting under your jersey is my wish, that's true But I didn't mean when the Jersey is you!!!! Watching you graze with a mouthful of weeds Can sure put a damper on most of my needs And those cowpies you're making have got to go, too!  Come back to me, Vicky. This thing is absurd. You're much more to me than just one of the herd! Those bulls out there roaming will just try to bilk you You're safer with me 'cause I won't try to milk you And I won't complain if the food tastes like curd! |
