We spend our lives in bathrooms petting our distant cousins on their quiet zealous lips. Freshening up and washing down, Our fingers get dirty far too quickly. We spend our lives in bathrooms waiting for a new friend of the day. -------- 09/08/01 shadows flicker sweet end tame |

what part of the country you say you're from! I've never found a new friend in the bathroom, at least not as of yet and believe me, I've spent plenty of time in one. Besides that, my cousin's lips? Ok, I don't get it, sounds a little kinky....interesting poem I wouldn't rip it to shreds, just flush it " I walked beside the evening sea And dreamed a dream that could not be" George William Curtis" |

"Whatever you do, you need courage. Whatever course you decide upon, there is always someone to tell you that you are wrong. There are always difficulties arising that tempt you to believe your critics are right. To map out a course of action and follow it to an end requires some of the same courage that a soldier needs. Peace has its victories, but it takes brave men and women to win them." Ralph Waldo Emerson shadows flicker sweet end tame |

my best friend is always in the bathroom with me and looks back at me in the mirror. she's a trip. sometimes she smiles, other times she frowns and cries, but always, she knows me better than anyone on this planet....... "our fingers get dirty far too quickly"... that, my friend, is a very powerful line this succinct piece has many levels... fine writing here. |
