A Fountain of Day Care Within the park across the way Water from a fountain playing Dress up Smooths such a sheen of imitation That even the concrete underneath Seems soft. Faster, As if to say the days-a-slip, It mocks the chatter Stockings make Networking with slacks and skirts. Brick, after reporting The sound of heels hurrying to work, Instantly forgets The dissonance of city life, And lying back, Calmly, patiently awaits The symphony of fingertips. RMW |

Bob--Now I must go find a park, a park with a fountain, for you have made it sound wonderful! |
