Thanks From My Heart

I’ll keep my distance
Stay at arm’s length
Though I thank you
Often you gave strength

Words into my heart
Often you used to flow
Here friendship seeds
With care began to grow

Once having connected
The blending of two
My heart and soul
Forever giving and true

Remember as always
Across those miles
Our hearts blended
We once shared smiles

Cherished and shared
I’ll keep in memory
Lovely “Hope rose
That you named for me

The sweet pink roses
You lovingly grew
Always and forever
Those pictures I’ll view

So joy and happiness
In all that you do
Please take care
I shall remember you
