We Were Meant To Be By: Noah Eaton 8/5/01 When you first opened your eyes to me I felt this was too good to be true But when your lips touched mine I learned to love you When I hold your hand All my dreams emote My legs leap with joy And you set my soul afloat I’ve been kissed by a rose Fainting to your scent Waking to your rapture Feeling our dreams transcend The smiles that we share The laughter that keeps us coming back for more The tears together we cry To see the hope that we have in store Spring blooms deep down in my heart When you love me And you and me will always see We were meant to be… |
