Under the stars upon the wind

The sun rose this morning accompying
shimmering dew.
When awakening this morning you
didn't look did you?

The single bud on a lonely vine
slowly opens to its prime,
I take it you didn't have the time..

The stars in the heavens spread
their angel kissed glow,
I bet you saw a great late night show.

Then you needed my help and I was there,
but tonight I asked you,
And I learned my lesson right then and there
Don't take things for granted,
Because you didn't care...
But now don't take me for granted
or you'll learn something too,
NO..

(The point don't take things for granted or the next day they will be gone.
Also the point, I had a really bad day today.)

Ah, I had one of those days too. And its really hard to be taken for granted and unappreciated, when we try so hard to give and love. Hang in there,I think there is a tree branch long enough for both of us

I imagine it would have taken a very bad day to learn this lesson. But then you made poetry from it, so all is not lost.

hey...i read ur poem...it was a great poem...u could actually incorporate ur feelings into the poem since u had a bad time that day and well ur feelings came out...also...thanks for ur comment on the 'revelation to december'
