Gypsy Senryu

~*~

chimes around ankles
hidden by the gauze of awe
shimmering skin lures

dance girl dance once more
bidden by the awes that cause
golden skin gleaming

gypsy girl singing
veiled askance mesmerizing
tingling romance

vivid imaging withing the parameters of the form, that is if it's like Haiku and can vary in syllabic count slightly

I've actually known some Gypsy women; you describe them wonderfully!

The Gypsy dances in my mind with the chimes of freedom woven around her, the sparkle of interest in her eyes and a haze of surrounding beauty which has engulfed my imagination.
Thanks for the image through your poetry.
