I wrote this one last year, but my cat is at it again tonight with the same pleas. So I shall leave for tonight, until it be morrow. Virginia Salter tap, tap, mew wanna spend some time with you look into my sad, sad eyes don’t you see them hypnotize aren’t you pulled into my plea won’t you spend some time with me stroke my fur hear my purr let not day your touch deter I will writhe I will squirm I will be your little worm give me time to love you so give me time before you go cuddle me puddle me in sweet kisses, huddle me you will taste my savory flavor it will be a joy you’ll savor come on now do a dance ‘neath the moonlight we will prance come on be my sugaroo I will show my love for you © August 12, 2000 |

thanks, Jeff! Smitten-Kitten, she was off on another bent when I got off, went to bed and I think she came in for awhile, but I guess I'd stayed on past her patience. JLR, I have 4 cats, but they don't all give me this particular kind of treatment. She has little to do with me until she's absolutely ready and if I want her affection, I'd better give it to her on cue. She was my mother's cat and only tolerated me until about 3 weeks after Mom died, then someone, and I was there, someone had to take Mom's place in her life. |
