Remembering the life we shared and how we loved and how we cared together Recalling all the happy nights and how we laughed and how we cried together Looking back on the way we tried and how we faught and how we lied together Thinking about the way it ended and how is hurt and hasn't mended Missing your love so much and how you hugged and your gentle touch alone |

Hura Jen! I REALLY REALLY liked this. The format you used was really nicely done. And how the end it changed...Very great poem! You wouldn't worry about what people thought about you if you knew how seldom they did. |

The structure of this poem is something that deserves recognition... I LOVED it! Very creative.. the format you used was awesome. It flowed very nicely. The last stanza especially: "Thinking about the way it ended and how is hurt and hasn't mended Missing your love so much and how you hugged and your gentle touch alone" That hit me hard. Very familiar feelings over here in this ball park of my life.. Awesome write, Jen. Nice work! --Marie If going to church makes you a Christian, then sitting in a garage makes you a car. |
