Sometymes an item of clothing can hold more memories than you thought... ~*~ His Ol' Flannel ~*~ She took a look around her room, And she let out a disappointed sigh. When she spotted his ol' flannel, All she wanted to do was die. Inside the pocket, a letter was found, She knew exactly who it was from. Tears began streaming down her cheeks, And she called out for her mom. She took one last look at the paper, Before she tore it into pieces. She has moved on from him, And feeling another’s kisses. Nice poem Tamma. I thought you did well, and yes a piece or an item of some sort can mean a lot to a person. You've express this well. I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |
