a stroke of gentlest breathe, caressing lightly amongst. a motion of own solemnity.... bruise of faint painted lips. pushed along the perfect glass, glimpsing of a far off fall. a moment of own forgetfullness.... grip of undaunted fingers. a whisper heard before said, foretelling of looming grey. a lost art of own knowledge.... crush of embraced kiss. “A single choice can build destinies,or destroy them.” |

This is beautiful. A simple and expressive poem. Very nicely donel. In truth, what defines us is our poetry. |

The imagery in this is amazing, Tiff. The second stanza was by far my favourite. You've presented a magical scene here but it brings with it a tinge of sadness. It may have been the way I was reading it but that's what I got out of it. Thanks for sharing. ![]() ~M Imagination=nostalgia for the past, the absent; it is the liquid solution in which art develops the snapshots of reality. |
