I've never felt so free, I'm leaving everything behind, You finally came to take me away, And nothing else matters, The windows are all rolled down, And the summer breeze is blowing our hair about, It's finally just you and me, Who know where we'll end up, Driving away in your car, Watching my former home disappear, I'm with you now and that's all I need, I look at you and know it's all right, That's when I woke up, In this same old bed, Thousands of miles away from you. I'm sick of all my poems being about long distance relationships but that's what's been on my mind alot lately. But you guys don't wanna hear about my problems, do you? Ok well enough from me. Thanks for reading. *~erin~* "I like Erins...especially the you kind."-Ryan :D |

Erin, long distance relationships are for the strong so if you're living with it well done. The content of this piece didn't sit well with me but it ran well and as such it's hovering on alright ground. One question, why didn't you spell trust right in the subject line? Spelling like that drives me up the wall...just curious. ~M Imagination=nostalgia for the past, the absent; it is the liquid solution in which art develops the snapshots of reality. |

Thanks for reading. Tryst means like a secret meeting between lovers. I didn't mean trust. Anyway, thanks again. *~erin~* "Temporaryism has been the Black Plague and the Jesus of our age."-incubus |
