This is a poem written for one of my friends. I think it may be the very first poem i wrote that actually counted! -~-My Good Friend-~- When I first met alex he was special to me .That was easy to see. He was an aquantance an then a friend.Talking with him,thinking of all the time i would spend. Whenever I had a problem,wether I told him or not he was always there. He gave me the best advice when there was something I couldn't bear. He is one of the best friends I will ever have. Knowing I can hardly talk to him now,makes me sad. He was good to me,and I used to think thats the way life would be. Everyday I miss him more. It's weird because I never felt this way before. He was interesting through and through. When you talk to him ,he would only want to talk to you. That made me happy for a while,he would always make me smile. Why am I so upset then? He is gone for now and I need his advice more than anything! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |

Well Britt...I think that Delaney SHOULD tell this Alex what she means. Even if it doens't make sense to her---and no matter how it comes out...from what I've heard, he'll understand!  And as for the poem---I remember this one well! I can actually reach into my drawer and grab it...but yes, it was more a recap! Thanks Delaney! Others are too in love with the sound of their own voice to speak the truth... |
