Our love was forever like these.
We thought things were going so smooth,
until I found you with another girl.
Your heart was split into two.
I told you to choose, her or me
And I, the unlucky girl was left without a guy.

You told me to move on with my life,
And get a real guy,
Who can love me for me and not the looks.
I loved you from the bottom of my heart
And didndt want to let that go.
Now I love you from the bottom of my broken heart
I tried to move on like you said
Tried to love again like you asked.
But my heart cannot take much more of this love stuff.
But if loving you isnt right,
Then what is right?

You started to love me again,
And didn’t know what you got yourself back into,
Another heartache another heart break.
Never did I want to love again.
But, another guy found me.
And we fell in love.
But now, I am being pulled in two different people,
You or him?
My heart says you, My brain says Him.
Which do I follow?
He loves me so much, but what is love?
You cannot see love, you cannot feel love.
Its just there.
My brain must be smarter than my heart.
Because I choose my brain.

Wanting you to come back to me everyday,
But slowly moving on away from you,
And out of your life.
After we said good-bye, I never thought I would love again.
But I proved myself wrong.
When will I learn that you won’t come back,
But I must move on,
And try to love again.
I only want to wish you good-luck
And my love will always be here for you
If you need a helping hand, turn to me.
If you need a shoulder to lean on, lean on me.
I will always be here for you,
Always and forever.

Just promise me now,
that you will not fall back on me,
when you need someone to love.
I cannot go on with my relationship,
unless you promise me this.

Well Jeff left me, he cheated. We are no longer together. I found another guy named Craig. We just meet the other night, but we know its love. This isnt a great piece of work..I hate it..but I thought it was good enough to put up here..Its not really a poem..but some of the words in this could be a poem..

This is a sucky situation. I've been there. Sometimes writing about it is the best way to relieve yourself, or at least it is for me.
