Languish I can’t be friends with you I love your friendship but it’s not true. Wanting more I try to hide Being with you having no pride I lay my body on the line But everyday all I do is pine For your love, I hope to myself you may want more But all this does is make me feel poor I may have possessions but I want your love As your friend I will have to someday see you with someone new, And this is a thing I don’t think I can do I know it’s selfish but I want you to be mine Is to love someone really such a crime? I wish I could get over you And be you friend as I really want to But at the moment the pain is too much Not being with you being unable to touch It’s so hard to sit back and know you don’t feel the same I know your probably fed up I’m doing it again But I don’t think I will see you for a while And when I’m ready I’ll pick up the telephone, and dia Life is about change, sometimes its painful, sometimes its beautiful, sometimes its both. |

Aww. Hey, I know how you feel, I'm going through the same thing. It hurts to see them with someone else. Hang in there. Great poem by the way! After Love comes Pain, then Love, Then Pain, then Love, then Pain..... does anyone else see a pattern here? Oh well, can't say it's not worth it. |
