Eternity... An eternity has passed and I have been waiting for her Day in and day out, I have been doing nothing but praying for her Flowers embedded around her, such a way that glorifies her beauty Her angelic white dress-holding crown of flowers to her heart in a magnificent basilica In her dream like status, she looked more beautiful than when she had seen me No more breath passed through her that enlightened this world Every moment was horrendous for me without her presence Sometimes I would lie by her and sleep beside her prostrate body and put my hand over her crying. Her essence that still passed from her always comforted me Days and nights passed out like this, I wanted none other than her When more time elapsed, the more I became restless The more I became restless, the more my torment grew Could she hear me from her angelic state? I don’t know But, I am glad that this is all over. I am glad that this day could come A day, where I knew that I would meet her That day, I went to her prostrate state. Just moments away and I knew that I would meet her soon. My wish was fulfilled This was to sleep by her side and pass away slowly in her arms… |

my gosh...i was in tears a few mins ago..you almost put me into them again... this reminds me of a story my bf told me like a couple of days ago when we were argueing about how he shouldnt get me something..but ANYWAY...absolutely wonderful poem...i loved it A life without love…is no life at all. |
