A year ago, I met someone In sort of an unusual place Walking around the carnival We stopped and started talking I “stole” his hat, and he bought me one We only had a few hours that night But we tried to keep in touch There were a few calls here and there But they started to stop And then it was carnival tyme again The first night was just awesome Like nothing at all has changed We spent hours together Holding each other in the back of a truck Each day we spent more tyme together And my boyfriend slipped from my mind They all started calling him my boyfriend And we both just went along with it We slept in each other’s arms Each day I grew more attached to him And I fell in love with him I dreamt of him holding me And he woke me up with a kiss It was hard to believe the week was over We lied next to each other in the yard Talking, whispering, holding each other When my parents told me it was tyme to go He walked me to the van and gave me a hug I told him I loved him and he said the same I cried as we drove away, leaving him behind A tear started its way down my cheek I waved to him, and blew him a kiss And promised myself I’d be back soon . . . Aww Tamma, how sweet! Make sure you go back!! Your poem was very nicely written. The format was pretty cool. ~AF~ Never speak disrespectfully of Society. Only people who can't get into it do that. |

That was sweet Tamma! Carnivals are sooooo fun! I went to one a few weeks ago w/ my friend Donna. Our carnivals are friday, saturday, sunday kinda carnivals tho. We went Saturday and I got to ride this Paratrooper thing w/ my friend Mike, and we went Sunday and that's when I met Greg/Gre. We hung out from seven to almost eleven and he walked me and her home, an arm around my waist the whole time. Problem was, we were supposed to be home at ten. Thank god Donna's dad found us instead of my mom because she doesn't knwo Greg/Gre, and he's 19. Anyways, i still think it would have been better if my Justin had been there. I tried to get him to go, but he didn't have any money and he didn't want me to pay for him. I know you're in a better place and though I cannot see your face, I know you're smiling down on me, saying everything's okay. ~R Kelly (I wish) |

I love it! The emotion is so... well, not obvious, but not hidden either. Great job! Rhonda "Amy, can you PLEASE come to Spain with us so that we have someone to keep Rhonda calm?" - Mr. Ardiel *insert hysterical laughter from me here* |

I liked this one Tamma....very sweetly done. I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |
