Dedicated to: Carl McLeod 1-12-34 to 1-16-02 Rest in Peace --------------------------------- A few shed tears, for the man of 68 years, a father, husband, brother, man, in the Depression, life began. A man in service of his country, a man who, family first, loved America, plants, cactus, a man, who always knew how to make his two daughters feel, like millionaires. A man who always knew how to laugh, and to make others, do the same, a man who loved everything, everyone he sees. A man, who as a father, husband, we were unworthy. A man, who served his country, 28 years, 24 Coast Guard, 4 Navy. A man, who was humble, yet at the same time, great. ~*~It is said that laughter is the shortest distance between two people...~*~ |

...I'm speechless... great words of gratitude... I was very touched by this poem. He'd be proud. ![]() "You do what you do, you say what you say, you try to be everything to everyone... come on now, do that stupid dance for me" -Everclear |
