you're doing it tonight-
soon know how it's taken
handled well...
or dropped amongst the tears?

you're stepping on some toes...
and stirring up the pot
unleashing all the demons
potential havoc looms ahead.

you're doing it tonight-
yes that much is certain.
you can't take it anymore
it's driving you insane

the clock is ticking
now heading on your way
he'll know it soon enough
just how much your heart lacks

you can roll your eyes no further
to thoughts of him forever
can't take just one more flower
gag reflex much too swift...

you're doing it tonight
and you just don't care how
cutting off the shackles
setting yourself free

not a current thing for me...but several things (including past experience) kinda put this in my head...
It's made to be kinda funny so don't yell at me for being mean hehe

Hehee.. It's so funny, the thought of having your eyes rolled to the back of your head. Of coz, we know that probably isn't possible... And it is sometimes good to let go and cut your losses, than to hang on and suffer the pain.

"cutting off the shackles
setting yourself free"

I really liked this... I loved the ending.  Very positive note.

Wonderful work, Jenn.     Keep em coming.

beautiful choice of words in this piece, you really did a great job with this.  some of the lines really grab you and hold your attention.  keep posting your work.

I liked those lines..I'm thinkin' my gag reflex is way too swift and too often disturbed..through the sappyness of *eRm* people, but who knows..*uMm* Great post!

I tried to thank everyone individually, but this thing said I had too many characters.
Anyway, so yes... I'm glad you all enjoyed. Thanks for replying to my slightly retarded break up poem
