after all youve put me through?

You've hurt me way too many times,

you still think ill open up my heart
so you can rip it out again?

You werent there to dry my tears
when others broke my heart

And i know that you wont start

Rob, go back where you came from
to your girlfriend and your weed
because to have you in my life
is the last thing that I need.

Really good poem. Sucks to have somebody not talk to you anymore... But it seems like this might almost be for the better? Keep up the great work

Britt- I really liked this.
Very strong.
I liked how you called him Rob instead of Dad. It made perfect sense. And as hard as it may be, and as guilty as you may feel at times- you are doing the right thing by not letting him back into your life. My mother told me that You could forgive someone but not open yourself up to be hurt. Being cautious I guess. Don't allow him to be a repeat offender of causing you pain. Nice Read Britt.

Hey Brittany, I am glad to see you back at Passions. Its been a while. This was a powerful poem. I know how ya feel. Some people deserve a second chance, but from what I have heard, Rob doesnt.

It's always sad to see people go thru the mistakes in chocies that their parents have made. I don't personally know what you're going thru, but I can honestly say that at least I know it hurts. Just keep this in mind, everyone deserves a second change ya know. We all have our own mistakes/faults. Hope things get better *hugs*
