I remember by: Me

I remember how sweet my boy friend was
before he started being an ass.
I remember how staong our love was
but now I'm not so sure.
I remember how brightly the love shone in his eyes
when he asked me to marry him.
Now all I see is dobt and anger.
Where's the love?
I remember how heartbroken I was
the first time I thought we were ging to break up.
But time after time I had the same scare,
so I learned to push the pain away.
To bury it deep.
I remember everything we've been through.
The happy and the sad.
The sucess and the failure.
I remember the first itme he siad those three magic words,
"I love you"
I thought he ment it.
He thinks I'm using him,
yet it feels more like he's using me.
I remember thinking that I really, truly loved him.
That I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him.
Guess what,
I remember five seconds ago changing my mind.
I guess he doesn't or didn't really love me.
Or he wouldn't have hurt me so badly.
My heart is an open wound.

sounds like you two weren't meant for each
other, and be glad you found out before you married him... and you need to watch the profanity. It is not allowed in the forums.

I'm sorry you had to learn the truth the hard way. Somethings aren't meant to be... and it looks like you figured that out. *hugs* It's hard, I know. But time heals everything. Just give it time.

I remember a lotta things to about the beginning of my current relationship..unfortunately or fortunately the closer you get to someone the more thats revealed and sometimes you dont exactly see something you like...but i hope that the good outweighs the bad.
