I told you something
that no one else knows,
but you and I.
I should have told someone sooner
but I was to scared that I would go away
and never see my family again.
It wasnt my fault,
that I choose not to tell anyone
I trust you
and knew you would understand.
I never knew something this painful
would be ever spoken
I can't put into words how I feel about this
but I did
You asked me why I cry
and I cannot lie to you anymore
now you know why
I know my secret is safe with you
because I love you.

It is always easy to trust
the one you love, and it
is always a good thing to share
your feelings.
I would have like the poem
to have more of a set up
and scheme to it.
But it was nice all the same.

I hope you are ok...I can't know what it is you are being secretive about, but if you are being hurt, you need to tell someone who can help you. ( I am a worrier, it's what I do) This is a very emotional write...good job

Susan, you're a mom, so it's your job to be a worrier

I liked this one a lot, Lisa.  You touched on some heavy issues, and, to avoid being redundent, listen to SEA.

I look foward to seeing more
