It was another slow, grey day in Oklahoma And the trees looked naked as they stood leafless against the faded backdrop of a clouded sky I watch as a single tear rolls down my cheek when I realize Im not looking out a window, but that I am peering into my soul The world is like a mirror; frown at it, and it frowns at you. Smile and it smiles, too Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle [This message has been edited by Jenabou (edited 11-18-2001).] |

...magnificent!! I think I know exactly what you're trying to say... how one can grow to feel like a part of the living land.. how one sees the world is one's total existence, and hence, is one's soul.. well.. i cant even put a finger on it.. but this was beautiful |
