He watched the clouds of silver spirals dancing in the air
And wondered how his starlight lover, how his starlight lover faired.
And lying still, upon the ground, his palms upturned, Despair
Prayed she might return to him, and lay her kisses there.

And in the night, he watched the moon, reflected in his eyes
Yet kept his gaze on starlit love, on starlit loving skies.
And light that flickered like the stars in streams of fireflies
Kept his shadow hidden well, his heart in hate's disguise.

And though the rose forever bloomed, forgotten in his dreams
His tears were washed away by rain, away by rainy streams
That broke the skies in ever blue, of wispy, flowing seams
To let the light of love flow through, in warm and golden beams.

He watched the skies of azure hues, and breathing in the air
He wondered how his starlight lover, how his starlight lover faired.
And lying still, upon the ground, and eyes upturned, his prayer
Sent her love from deep within...

In turn, his soul was spared.

From the first line to the last it was very interesting and enjoyable. I don't think you have to worry about your muse.

Hey, look at me.

It's good to come back to good things...Like ALL of your writing.  Yep been away for a while but I'll be around.   I don't think you need to worry about your muse, he, she, it is still working wonderfully.  Again this was nice.  Had a nice sense of drama to it, if that makes any sense.  Later.

ex animo,
Aaron
