I struggle to fill up my daily word quota, you listen to my silence and hear screaming, I want to go through life with an eraser, disappearing behind my mistakes. I'm never wrong unless I know you're right, shattered, incapable of ever being whole, You always say "don't let life pass you by" well, what if it all ready did? \----------- Does anyone know anything about Emmy Amalie Noether? |

nope but like bsquirrel, i liked "daily word quota"...being curious here, how many words do you have to write daily? rather powerful poem..i can feel the anger and frustration in your lines |

Actually, there's more.... I think I've been pretending for so long, that I'm afraid of who I used to be It's always easier to act like I don't care like the world simply doesn't matter. Somehow, this is different, neither of us knows what to say I don't pretend when you're around, I'm not afraid of who I am with you. I'm tired of people telling me "I hope your as happy as you're pretending to be" well, what if I'm not pretending? I want to write you the perfect poem but nothing seems good enough. What do you say to the person who showed you how to live? |
