This is for anyone who has ever lost someone they really love (poem was inspired by a friend) -------------------------- I loved you. More than the birds love the air. More than the fish love the sea. More than the plants love the earth. And more than humans loved a good hearth. I lost you. Pain was more than a burn, than a scratch, than a tear, than a broken bone, or a true fear. Now I love you more. More than the birds love the air. More than the fish love the sea. And more than the plants love the earth. ~*~It is said that laughter is the shortest distance between two people...~*~ ~*~I say it is the written word.~*~ [This message has been edited by FoxXena (edited 09-18-2001).] |

Wow! This is so amazing. I'm sorry for your loss. Sometimes it takes an eternity for the pain to heal. But time will tell. I hope you get better with time. And I'm always an ear willing to listen. If we're told we're bad, that's the only idea we'll ever have. Maybe if we are surrounded by beauty someday we will become what we see. |

This is so beautiful in a really sad way. It's hard coming to such a realisation when you lose someone but perhaps these are the challenges that make us more human? Take care and thanks for sharing. ~AF~ Kookaburra sits in the old gum tree, merry, merry king of the bush is he. Laugh! kookaburra LAGUH! Kookaburra how gay your life must be. |

Oh, so good! So true... Right on! If you define cowardice as running away and screaming at the first sign of danger, then yes, Mister Brave Man, I guess I am a coward. |
