Hope is a memory
so real you taste
it as you are taken
propelled past the minions

would cage you in the day
Hope is dreams which ease
the tearing sweat of nights
self cruelty of so hurt lives

It is your hearbeat Hope
every second inspiring one
more spark to walk towards
the hope of home surrounding

Hope is the pedestal of time
placed with wreaths and flowered
love that nver lost nor wasted
each and every breath conceived

Hope is indeed a mystery oft
hated never seen but felt
Hope the power to rise then fall
and rise again Hope is pure Obstinance of being
