It wasn't my intention, not ever, to hurt you my heart only longed to treasure and nurture you to give you my heart without over stepping the bounds that you set, no matter how tempting Never my intention to push you away nor make you feel that you've been betrayed I long for a moment to tell you, explain how your absence has left me alone in the rain I cannot describe the pain of your leaving the extent of my suffering or of my grieving there are nights that I dream that you are here only to wake up alone soaked in tears no night has ended without memories of you your mind was my refuge, your heart was that too & now I have nothing, you've taken away the one that brought happiness to me everyday, YOU... I love you so much, I cannot recover nor fill up this space with the love of another I've tried to get over you, even now I still try your reasons, unclear, & I still wonder why? you know the truth is in fragments at best gray areas abound in this spider's nest I simply can't stop my heart from beseeching your heart, nor my arms for your body, reaching I've tried to reopen the lines of communication to save our "true love"? from eternal damnation I know you can never trust me again nor even allow me to be just your friend tho you've hurt me too, I'll still always care & if you want me back, in a flash I'll be there I love you... ~Tier{R.T.} 6/01 |
