May this, thy day, be a bright miracle, Replete with well-loved family and friends. Not one small cloud should dare the sunlight dull; The joy you're feeling, that which never ends. May the light that is now shining on you, Be sent from God and angels up above. May troubles be both small and very few, And years together magnify your love. Problems may come, but quickly they'll abate, Divided as they now will be by two. All of your joys will be just twice as great, When they are shared so equally by you. And may this newly joined and wedded bliss, Be sealed fast by your first just married kiss. Joyce [This message has been edited by Joyce Johnson (edited 05-20-2001).] |

Joyce, so loving a poem for a young couple, and filled with so much love and insight. I do hope this gets handed down from generation to generation, as it is worth the passing. ~*~ I write ~ Therefore I am ~*~ |
