In the shadows my soliloquy I tripped upon concept time Pondering drawn within beyond inspired drawn drawn within unturning undenied Time All to ponder its rhythms internal tides how do they when do they Rise The nature of creature thus the living breeding of your kind Within A call derides and classifies all of me backed into the inauspicious corner I Voice the endless question why to feel passion of pacifists burning desire Seek The gift of rage in range to follow moments to their unalterable end I see in feeling You The thoughts that through my mind flow ceaseless never ending relected in your eyes Life "The past my prison, confined in solitary voiceless penance." I would even go so far as to suggest there was not one poem in here, but several that could stand on their own, all which interconnected and wove their way around a central thought of tripping over time... THIS....liked me very much, and follows me to my library as it IS a keeper.... [This message has been edited by Sunshine (edited 06-02-2001).] |

Yes indeed, there are two very obvious poems, I wonder how many you can find that speak wihthin the context of the whole. The parts are more than the title of the poem. "The past my prison, confined in solitary voiceless penance." |

The poems that you've woven, a true piece of art. I agree with SS; this is goes in my library. Life is to short to not appreciate all of nature's gifts. As I sit & ponder in awe - quietly. |
