He said I was nothing
and so suddenly
I was
Just taking up space
in everyone elses world
Trying hard to
make my lists
Crossing each mountain off carefully
after scraping my way up it
Smile
Kiss the children
Make dinner
And that's about all
The facades fell
and left nothing

I would rather be silent and write, than speak loudly and be bound.

Welcome to passions...may you find the
healing you need to see the sunlight

the hard roads but you will find it...This
poem shows the poet waiting inside of you~

Welcome to Passions and this is such a sad read.

Sad too sad
dirge in words
to no music
save the heart
beating unknowing

I know such destruction

But yours only fuels my own
Melancholy melody I am
not even allowed to sing

Yet some day I will be released
from my prison and feel life again
I hope you also find that release

Your melody sounds throughout
around and all about you
your theme now in minor keys

will modulate to major changes
so should it be pardon but I speak
too much in music, I hope you find what you seek

"The past my prison, confined in solitary voiceless penance."
