There is a whisper makings its way here, Sofly feather touching a windy moment, And in my ear I hear the echo of your value. There is a merriment in my heart, To have the touch of your spirit, Graze with wise fingers on my thoughts. Softly say to me that I am not alone, And I shall believe and trust, As I feel the warmth of the fire you keep. Gazing at your knowledge, I understand what you mean, When you tell me that you have lived your words, And that your dreams are mere instances, Of a distant life of wisdom peppered, With the age of experience and connection. I offer a smile and you stand ready for it. I offer a tear and your hands stray to my cheeks to catch them, And as they pool in your warm hands, I watch them evaporate, and I am comforted, Once again by the blaze of friendship that you make constant. Ever here, I feel you. Ever soaking the moments of my weakness, I touch you. Ever turning my face toward you, As you are there at every turn, To offer the kind kiss of gentle friendship. And as you cup my face, I relax and let myself into you as you within me, Accepting, if only briefly until next time, The sofly adamant insistence of your guidance. still d-i-s-c-o-n-n-e-c-t-e-d |

I'm very glad you are enjoying it all. ethome, Finally, someone who shares the same taste in lines as I do. I say this because its often the lines I think will be the least noticeable that get noticed. LOL! Is it wrong I wonder to have a favorite line about your own work? Anways..what I mean to say is that I hope you enjoyed that line as much as I enjoyed coming up with it.  Marge, To make anyone sigh with my work makes it a worthy effort. Thank you.
