as all the worlds colide in time
and giant figures colide with crime
my heart has turned in painful blades
with control and holding spades
its garding all the trasure
from love pain and pleasure
for the woman off the heavens
all heavens is above all skies
and our gods above it all
I loved an angel once
but no one just like u

Juan: this one seems to get deeper the more I read it... you've got a lot to think about in this short poem. I like the first two lines -- it's a dramatic contrast between the BIG universe out there and the TINY universe here around us in daily life. I also like the way that you layer the imagery of heaven above sky and God above heaven, but you still seem to focus on a special person who is even more special than an angel... Very cool write, Juan, the more it sinks in!
