Frozen now supended incased in the icy words of silence which in glacial form do build with each passing season of doubt Ice aged remorsefulness of wasted summer days shared in naked hedonistic displays of love, compresses the layers of frigid denial into snowpacked fields... we can only ski atop and not melt without a new springtime to thaw these inclimate hearts... |

Whoa, a quick change of tune here. But you write so well no matter your mood or intent |

lady.. sometimes glaciers grow and melt very little, and sometimes they retreat slowly... such thaws take time. Interloper... you simply are too kind... most of the poems posted by me have been written over an extended period of time...and few reflect the "ME" of today... Thanks so much for the comment.. |

enjoyed...and enjoyed the comments back and forth as well when I read your response to Interloper, the phrase, 'out of our history comes our present.' So now, I believe, I have the topic of my next poetic piece. |
