CRACK! Goes the ball
As it connects with the bat
Streaking out across the field
Like a scalded cat

Up jumps the crowd
With a piercing yell
“Let’s go Kids,
Really give ‘em H…!”

Zip round the bases
Fast as you can go
1-2-3-Scored
“Man what a Show!”

Soon the game is over
“We won, we won!” they shout
As they hug and jump about
Was there ever any doubt?

Being a veteran of T ball, etc etc, no, there is never a doubt when your kids are playing, kinna reminds me of a pride of lions watching over their kittens, geez...gentle smile
