Butterfly rockets
spread your wings & fly
while you have time;

                       Catch the ultra violet rays
keep counting carefully every day
the seconds through the search
while you find another perch;

A place to farm some food,
source there,
boil a brew;

Realize, that anywhere ingenuity is found
there surely rests a crown.
A King on solid ground;

Blaze the sky monarch
raise up high your tonic,
& cheer the humble earthlings ,
home with awe!!

Butterfly rockets...ya made me smile with that one remembering something I spied outside my window last week. A storm was coming in, the raindrops falling in one of those slow waves from right to left as the raincloud passed. Just ahead of the sweep of rain, was a butterfly--flying furiously down the middle of the street, staying just ahead of the incoming rain. I'd never seen a butterfly "hauling ass" before...lol...Thank you for making me smile in remembrance!
