June Twenty Four 2001

Sometimes you think it will work out and it doesn't.
Or you think she's the right one and she wasn't.
So you carry on and as you try to move on you start to wonder why so many wrong one's catch your eye
when you thought you knew for sure that they were the cure to the desires in your heart that are now broken apart.
While you can only guess why your life has become such a mess.
I guess I just wasn't who or what she thought.

I relate to your sentiment, James.  Someone once told me, "People come into our lives for a reason, for a season, or for a lifetime".  Perhaps the answer lies herein...?

It's never easy to come to a conclusion as this, James.  All you can do my friend is keep looking and be thankful you weren't in it deeper when you found out she wasn't the one.  Well written.

by the grace of God.
