I look into the telescope And see my love for you Shooting for the stratosphere Barely, but still in view I let my love be loosed upon All nature and its guise To feed upon the multitude And gather in its size And then my love was vast, untold Accepted and unbound Streaking through the stratosphere In heart and all around A tether, I can't keep it on From source unto its end And now my heart to heaven gone No other soul will tend So here it is, yet there it went My love for you released In my heart and heaven sent For you it may have ceased [This message has been edited by Front Page (edited 06-21-2001).] |
