Sailing

he starts at the mouth
             then quietly heads south
he takes in the realm of sight
blinded as he is by light
        but his journey,
                     just begun
heads for the land
                       of midnight sun
as he rounds the gulf of her
and takes up in her salt of soul
                    he has found his center
and for once,
is whole

   the day of meet
was swift
      and short,
but sure is his desire
                 he will travel once again
to the land of emerald fire

Did I accidently stumble into the Twilight Zone between the Adult Forum and the Open Forum?

Dear heart, need I say anything than this is utterly divine love. It's a happy sailor who's run aground on these reefs.

Wonderful writing, of course IWIHWT, but I didn't because I haven't the skill. Fabulous writing, absolutely outstanding
Take care

I'm always impressed by how smooth, soft, and silky your words are... wait, I think I've said that before!  well, bears repeating, I suppose! *wink* :-)

Soft, sensual, and beautifully written.  Very nicely done, decaflame.

My jaw didn't drop but my admiration for your wonderful talent did soar.  Nicely sensual.
