Tender Heart

I listen to
your heart in
beat
it echoes
mine in
repeat
one heart
we do
share
when I reach
out you are
there
tender heart
pull me
near
in your
arms dreams
appear
inspiration you
supply
supporting my
wings gliding
high, I
fly
never could I
have asked for
such
all caused from
your loving
touch

This eases down the page like a newborn stream, weaving it's magic along the way.  Wonderful write, Helen.

by the grace of God.

The inspiration of a truly tender heart...like no other!  I've never mentioned this but your rhyme scheme is perfectly done.

wonderful poem...

                                          "in your
                                        arms dreams
                                           appear
                                        inspiration you
                                           supply
                                        supporting my
                                        wings gliding
                                           high, I
                                            fly"

You're poetically sailing here!

The role of poetry is to utter the un-utterable; to open up
spaces of consciousness and resistance; to language oppressions; to
re-language historie
