Virginia Salter those three words yeah, those three little words BORING!!! To whom are you speaking, anyway? Tell me another! I’ve heard those words before... and what did they get me. Oh, yeah, there were days with lots of laughter there were years with cuddling and warmth There’s a daughter that fills my mind from dawn to dusk and fills my heart with all forms of emotions, especially when we’re apart. Yeah, she’s worth believing in those three little words those words I heard to begin a day and to put the day away Those words I heard before, during and after the promise. I used to like those words, I used to trust those words, I even used to say those words... but now, I wonder what they mean... Now... © June 19, 2001 |

Oh, I'm okay everyone...I found the REAL being capable of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and He keeps me above ground...in many ways.   I think this was more a reflection on if I might hear those words from another human being...but then, I have friends that I know love me, they put up with me, heh heh heh. I have a daughter that loves me, too, unconditionally, even though she cannot say it in words, she says it in actions and the many phone calls I get to chat...for company. Thanks for the read, all, and the lovely kind, deeply felt words. |
