First father’s day since you died First father’s day I forgot to cry Play with Mom up in heaven Happy children we have raised Know you well through your wisdom That God is all we should praise First father’s day I became a dad I lost you to a stroke of sad Sing, don’t worry about this place I see you in my children’s face Jerry would have never bothered Jim you are my only Father Things will happen But they’re never bad When they unite Child with Dad As you're returned to Almighty Father I am here and ever stronger.
