Bound Every line, each caress, touched by flow, kissed finesse when you shield me passionately, I am bound in memory. You write your scenes, your times of pain. I verse my heart, sometimes mundane, but after all is said and done I'm bound to you, my "only" one. The walk you take along life's trail has seasoned you, a myst in veil of reigning thoughts, continued flow, I am bound and tied in glow Of once upons, of tales designed in rainbow hues, of endings lined with golden treasure, held in thought. I am bound, in memories caught. When dreams have passed and time takes all, when journey's night fades into fall, when freedom's bell rings loud and clear, I'll still be bound and waiting here. ~Wynter "The worst prison would be a closed heart". ...Pope John Paul II [This message has been edited by nakdthoughts (edited 06-16-2001).] |
