My Arms my arms have the strength to make you sigh weak enough to pull you close when I cry in them you are never alone the one true place you can call home in them there is no dividing light no separation between day and night just for you true safety here for I am always, always holding you near and if ever your heart feels a doubt all you need to do is reach out "...the rest is silence" (Hamlet) Shakespeare |

Good enjoyable poem! The role of poetry is to utter the un-utterable; to open up |

1, You do write some of the MOST COMFORTABLE poetry around!!! I can't help but relax when I read it. Thank you. This is like a freshly fluffed feather bed, just waiting . . . No, it's better than that! Thanks again! K |

Lovely. I love your writing style. "We also know how cruel the truth often is, and we wonder whether delusion is not more consoling."- Henri Poincare (1854-1912) |

Lady, "weak enough to pull you close when I cry" This is quite a phrase! Original diction, very expressive, needfully vulnerable. I'm impressed! S Arthur |
